LEAD TEACHER

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the daily management and supervision of a classroom. Oversee the curriculum, materials management, and general supervision of the classroom.

  • Must have one year full-time teaching experience with young children.
  • Must have the ability to plan and follow through on age-appropriate activities according to the TLC curriculum.
  • Must have the ability to effectively manage staff as well as a classroom and the curriculum.
  • Must have effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to relate to staff and parents.
  • Must be CPR certified or able to obtain certification within two months of hire date.
  • Must be First Aid certified or able to obtain certification within two months of hire date.

TEACHER

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

ASSISTANT TEACHER

Responsible for assisting the teacher in the daily management and supervision of a classroom.

  • Must have effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to relate to staff and parents.
  • Must be CPR certified or able to obtain certification within two months of hire date.
  • Must be First Aid certified or able to obtain certification within two months of hire date.

CLASSROOM AIDE

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for assisting the teachers and assistant teachers.

  • Must be CPR certified or able to obtain certification within two months of hire date.
  • Must be First Aid certified or able to obtain certification within two months of hire date.

COOK/KITCHEN MANAGER

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all aspects of kitchen management, including maintaining a safe and healthy kitchen, daily preparation of the morning snack, lunch, and the afternoon snack, and maintaining the kitchen inventory.

  • Must have Serve SafeĀ® or equivalent certification or obtain certification within three months of hire date.
  • Must be CPR certified or able to obtain certification within two months of hire date.
  • Must be First Aid certified or able to obtain certification within two months of hire date.
